Most of us feel we couldn't live without our devices. So hear a few ideas for reconnecting with God and disconnecting from our phones just once in a while. No stranger to digital technology herself, Pastor Rachel speaks on the work of Drs. Archibald Hart and Sylvia Hart Frejd, as well as others, and from her own personal and ministry experience. Her special interest is spiritual formation, a counter-cultural idea in a post-modern world.
